First
gathering in 2021 started off with standard scout procedure, the flag
break ceremony. This was witnessed by new year 7 who are interested in
joining SMJA Air Scout Troop 1001. New Rover that will be assisting
teachers will be Rover Squire Lizam. He was one of the first members in
1001 and now volunteers to assist the troop that made him who he is
now.
New structure for troop will be,
Cikgu Hajah Zariah as the overall teacher-in-charge
Cikgu Azri to lead venture section
Cikgu Hajah Zunaidah to lead boy and girls scout section
The
session continued with briefing of the difference between boys and
girls sections and venture sections. The strategy this year is to cover
as much as possible from last years program and initiate online learning
options in case there might be a second wave this year.
